“Batch Production Assistant” (a.k.a. “Batch Prepper”)
[text_block style=”style_1.png” align=”left” font_size=”16″ font_font=”Raleway” font_style=”normal” font_color=”%23000000″]HoneyMilk Soap + Skin is looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our batching department as a “Batch Production Assistant/Batch Prepper”.
This person will be primarily be responsible for prepping product batches and/or making specific products for regular production and market seasons. The perfect fit for this position will be someone who exhibit a natural ability to understand recipes, intently follow instructions and manage their tasks in a time-effective manner.
This is not an hourly position. We follow a per-batch/per project payment scale that allows room for flexibility, intentional focus and growth.[/text_block]

- Accurately prep production batches of products (and will sometimes include batch making)
- Detail-oriented, focused, intentional and precise
- Not afraid to ask questions and perfect craft
- Must be able to lift up to 45-50 lbs
- Not sensitive/allergic to various strong scents (fragrance and essential oils used in production)
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements at all times
- Ensure all batches are properly recorded and meet workflow requirements
- Restock and maintain appropriate ingredients inventory levels
- Warm friendly attitude with trainable mentality
- A passion for learning our products, brand, and professional development
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Understand the importance of keeping confidential proprietary information and conversations in-house
